The day/time of this first meeting (Thu 3pm CEST) is not necessarily the time for any future meetings. As part of the intro to this meeting we discuss any major clashes and whether we need to move to another day/time for future meetings.
We also plan to record this meeting and make it available for anybody who can not attend this time. The recording shall be attached to this agenda page shortly after the meeting.
