Description

Solid is Sir Tim Berners-Lee's project that aims at giving back to the users ownership of their data, choice on the storage where these data reside and control over who has access to them.

In this talk, we'll explain the status of the Solid ecosystem, after almost a year of following the Solid World activities and discussion fora.

We shall give a summary of Solid specifications status and the first implementations we came across.

The plans for implementing a Solid Proof of Concept in a couple of Indico extensions will be explained.
