In-Kind Contribution (IKC) appears as a very appealing complement to standard procurement for enhancing the involvement of national industry in European Large Scale Infrastructures. However, this form of contribution provides a challenge for the management of these projects requiring new ways to manage: Intellectual Property, Quality Control, Legal Framework, Resources, Expectations, just to name a few of the factors that must be analised.
HEPTech and ESS welcome you at Lund, Sweden in order to share practices, and discuss approaches to such problems, with a view of learning with past experiences, and brainstorm on how to move towards a successful future.
