Abstract: Signal integrity and bandwidth related biases are essential for modern detector applications in the picosecond timing regime. Through test beam and charged particle measurements, the signal frequency content from Low Gain Avalanche and 3D detectors is examined. The study extends to irradiation fluences of up to 3e15 neq/cm² and 1e17 eq/cm² respectively. Efficiency biases induced by bandwidth limitations are discussed, and their effects on time resolution and gain assessed.
