Domenico Vicinanza 1-30 September 2006 Major work for EUMEDGRID WP3 and Testing ---------------------------------------------------------------- It continued the SAM (System Availability Monitoring) testing and maintainance of the server and client components - The SAM server has completely configured on the Linux CERN machine lxb6114.cern.ch - The SAM client has been installed on a Linux UI in Greece (ui01.isabella.grnet.gr) Fixed some installation concerns mainly due to the lack of some installation and configuration scripts and the missing documentation for some of the procedures. The as-of-today status is a working server connected with a stable client. Results available at: https://lxb6114.cern.ch/sam/sam.py It continued the work on the SAM installation documentation (Server and client), to be syncronized with the online Twiki page maintained by Alexandre Duarte http://goc.grid.sinica.edu.tw/gocwiki/Installation_Manual Started integrating some WMS tests coming from Gilbert Grosdidier's testsuite within SAM on the lxb cluster.
