Sliding system concept for BONDM and the winding test tooling

• Baseline sliding system for BONDM is the same as the one from BOND.
  • in parallel, we will explore the alterantive solution proposed by Alexandre to have a plan B in case we see issues in the first BOND coils or potential problems when scaling in length
• Tooling for winding test vaildated, only minor correction in the bolting of the side tooling parts.
  • Will be corrected and stp files will be prepared to launch procurement (afor pieces to be machined we will do simple drawings). Expect to finish by end of week 16, then we will adress the spool to winding machine interface

 

AOB: gaps between poles (2 mm) and stainless steel tooling blocks (5 mm) to be reviewed with Jose once he is back.
