Description

It is our great pleasure to announce the upcoming 2025 HITRIplus Project Meeting and Workshop, hosted by SEEIIST Association and Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation of Montenegro, at the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro in Podgorica (https://ntpark.me/en/ ) on Monday, March 24 and Tuesday, March 25 2025.

The event will be hybrid, however you are encouraged to participate in person: it will be an excellent opportunity to forge meaningful connections with experts and peers in the dynamic field of particle therapy, covering topics focusing on both clinical experience and advances in accelerator technology. Gain fresh insights, share your expertise, and contribute to the advancement of the HITRIplus Project and hadrontherapy in the SEE countries!

Please be informed that the whole worksphop will be filmed and photographed by our staff and authorized operators. The speakers' speeches, environment, and guests will be filmed for the purpose of reporting the days' work to the funding agencies and disseminating scientific and clinical knowledge in Hadrontherapy. Videos will be posted on YouTube with free access. We therefore ask for your consent to possibly film you in video, photos, and/or audio recording during the activities and to reproduce, disseminate and publish such footage, without limitation of time and without compensation. Denial of consent does not preclude participation in the workshop: our operators will take care, in such cases, to avoid frontal filming that would allow your identifiability by providing you with a no-photo area of the room. We remind you that, as provided by the GDPR, you can exercise your rights of access, withdrawal of consent and deletion of data by writing to privacy@cnao.it.  Moreover, our DPO is always available at dpo@cnao.it .
