Comments before discussion:

• SY-EPC: Concerns about operational budget. To be discussed how an operational budget would be different to operation of other EPC hardware in ISOLDE -> Shall be absorpted into the general operations of EPC at ISOLDE. 
• SY-ABT:   draft looks good; one thing to mention from our side, we will keep a shared spare stock for the ZQNA between ISOLDE and ELENA

• TE-VSC: Ownership, management, and maintenance vacuum pumps, gauges, drift pipes and vacuum controls of the entire device. Annual venting, pumpdown and leak detection of the beam line after interventions and eventually bakeout when required. Vacuum acceptance testing of any equipment or instrument under vacuum installed in the beam line.

Meeting minutes:

• BI: Define spare and procurement strategy for the new type of devices -> dedicated addendum to the memo or note on EDMS (reference in the MEMO)
• BI: What about FESA class and software developement? -> with BI and top-level application is with OP (details to be discussed) 
• EPC: Add powering of HV platform and safety; 
• CEM: Sequencing and timing generation should be explicitely with CSS; hardware: add timing distribution; timing receivers will be distributed to the different equipment groups, ownership will be with the equipment group
• OP controls: transmission mode operation is clear;
