Science Gateway afternoon for Guides

Europe/Zurich
Alejandra Lorenzo Gomez (CERN), Francois Briard (CERN), Niklas Herff (CERN)
Description

This event is specifically for guides and those aspiring to become a guide, aiming to enhance their familiarity with all the activities available inside Science Gateway. It offers a rare opportunity to engage with exhibits, workshops materials, and science show experiments without the presence of visitors. In particular discover the new ELISA accelerator and developments of new lab workshops.

The teams from Exhibitions, Labs and Science Shows will be present to provide materials, assist with hands-on experiences, and answer questions.

This is also a great opportunity to meet and greet with other CERN guides.

Feel free to join and depart at your convenience anytime between 16:00-20:00.

There will be a brief talk at 18:00 in the SG Auditorium, followed by some drinks.

Access to Science Gateway will be at the Auditorium that day (bld. 81).

Please ensure to register through Indico so that we can accurately estimate the number of participants.
