Summary

 

Mathieu explained that helicoils inserts are missing into the SWELL quadrants preventing him to mount the toolings.

The main-workshop has been notified and will take action next week.

 

He also mentioned that the tie rods had to be remachined due to defective threads.

 

Guillaume showed a first draft of a planning (here after). It shows how tight the schedule will be to deliver the cavity by may.

Guillaume said that he will provide soon a more detailed and accurate version of that planning.

 

Leonel asked which of the 400MHz baseline cavity and SWELL 1.3GHz should be considered as a priority in case of planning conflicts regarding surface treatments.

Guillaume acknowledged the remark and stated he would raise the question to the management to obtain a common agreement on that point.

 

The transport boxes job was released by F. Zimmerman and signature is now pending at M. Benedikt.
