Sorry for the late invitation, will do better this time, we got lucky though and were able to hold a meaningfull meeting :)

Everybody claims to be very busy nowadays (and probably is), hence thanks for joining on short announce.

- Formal/official permit for the meeting by the local organizers is still pending, coupled to that is the access to the payment framework which will be outside INDICO and allow card payment mainly but other means of payment on individual demand.

- INDICO registration should be opened beginning of June.

- Christoph did send a 'save-the-date' e-mail with the usual 'problems' some lists rejected it, will circulate the actual list of lists, please comment and forward e-mail to those lsits I am not a member of etc.

- The current conference fee is calculated with 260,- EUR sharp, seems reasonable to make it 260,- early bird and 300,- for later/odd ducks :)

- Christoph will check the registration return e-mails and some of the details that were crooked last time from copying the event. Also will add the social event locations etc.

- Travel budget in Madison is still not clear and most european institutes (at least DESY IT) are running on a shoestring budget as well. None the less we agree that to keep the momentum a personal presence of the core developers is absolutely desireable. Alexandr managed to apply for the assumption of travelling costs for one person from Madison. I did the same at DESY and got a tentatively positive feedback from the management, could be coupled to DESY becoming an additional organizer of the workshop but realistcly that just means a DESY logo somewhere on the INDICO page I guess and should not be a problem. If anyone does have a similar opportunity of cost assumption please do apply for it to your management ! I worked with a cost estimate of 2.500,- to 3.000,- EUR total which is realistic I think. We reckon Brian and/or Myron will travel on Mortgridge expense but 3 additional speakers from Madison would make it an all-round thing :)

- Next meeting is scheduled for Wed 11-06 usual timeslot and I will put up an INDICO page and send invitation out in a minute !
