- So far so good - upgrade promises a few nice improvements already spotted
- DMU migration plan ongoing planning the DMU migration

- Finalising tasks regarding part versioning logic (prior to Yoan departure).
- CDD only migration
- Task needs updated status (follow up with Drew)
- This task will trigger an additional a fix for the EN-EL team, addressing their complaints regarding issues with versioning migration
- Support Stats
- Increased pressure due to the migration to a new CAD/PLM environment
- User Adoption
- Users face a learning curve with the new environment compared to previous tools (SmT/CDD).
- Peak in 2025 for CAD/PLM requests considered normal after migration (in reality peak started in Sept. 2025)
- Time to solve issues
- While request volume tripled in 2025 compared to 2024, the time required to resolve them increased fivefold. This is due to the need to investigate and document entirely new issues.
- Technical Issues
- The low-quality connector is causing significant issues (around ~25% of the problems), translating in excessive load for the support team.
- User Adoption
- Increased pressure due to the migration to a new CAD/PLM environment
- Preparing for the next release webinar

- Effort Support Stats
- 2 FTEs per week for support can handle the load for now
- Objective is to squeeze down that pink bar bring it close to the 2024 blue bar.

- Breadown these numbers in components (PWB connector, PLM, etc., etc.) will help to reduce the effort
