  • 2.2 Other monitoring and control tools, used in EGEE (SAM, GOC DB, GGUS, COD Dashboard, Optional GridView, etc.)
• Testing and reviewing the process of EGEE-SEE and SEE-GRID helpdesk merging. Defining the structure and use cases of merged helpdesk is in process trough correspondence with Alexandru Stanciu and Valentin Vidic
