TE LHC LS3 activities (draft, being refined)

In this first meeting we will concentrate the attention on the Beam
Screen Treament that has a new baseline of 120 half-cells
concentrating on the coordination of the grouped interventions, all
the preparation tasks before treatment and the final interventions
after treament.

We will discuss the current planning, the list of interconnnections
where the intervention will take place, safety trainings block
reservations, waste before/during/after process, mock-ups.
