Meeting 8 (continuing the discussion from Mattermost)

Critical points include

• Decide on corresponding author(s) -> several preferences expressed for all 4, no-one expressed preference for only 1 corresponding author.
  
• Define "Open Event Generation" in the intro ->  Julie will take care of this.
  
• Review changes in sections 2.1 and 2.2 -> reviewed and edited
  
• Review changes in section 3.1 -> reordering of paragraphs in section 3.1 approved.
  
• Discuss/revise new text additions in sections 3.3 and 5.2 -> 3.3 edits iterated by martin habedank, no objections.  Preference expressed for longer version of 5.2, approved with minor edits.
  
• Review changes in section 4 -> reviewed, minor edits made.
  
• Discuss/revise text of conclusions -> comments on additional paragraph after summary were: it weakens the conclusion, and that some points were redundant.  No-one expressed a strong preference for keeping it in, so it was commented out.
  
• Agree on how to formulate action item 3 -> changes made by Enrico approved and slightly edited by Jon et al.
