Update on the AidaInnova Successors preparation
- 4 tasks foreseen: Cooling and timing; Cold Electronics for Noble Liquid Calo, Scintillanting material development, Software. The project description is well advanced
- Budget and beneficiaries under definition: convergence due to money constraints, working out
WG1:
- obtained some /eos space, to understand which policy to use for sharing among the project
WG2 organisation:
- No objection to the proposal of Maria as WG2 coordinator => Action Item: to present herself as a candidate for WG2 coordinator for endorsement
MOU
- Despite the several requests made by Roman, no documents have been provided by Heldge
- We will touch base with Thomas at the Venice Symposium
- Status of Annex 7 and updates on M&D
  - WP1:
    - tables filled with some information, to be verified
    - some M&D changed (delayed) than the status is "on time" => to better define with respect of what, to have a fair comparison
    - funds information not ready to be shown
  - WP2:
    - work in progress, deadline for input on June 27th, before the Allegro workshop
  - WP3:
    - status has been shown in Marco's slide
    - note: added both received and required money; only for material, not person-power
  - WP4:
    - not looked into it yet, to be started
