Europe/Zurich
Description

Researchers and academic professionals often possess highly valuable skills for industry, but describing them in a way that resonates with employers can be challenging. This interactive workshop is designed for PhD researchers, specialists, and professional staff from universities and research institutes, including the CERN community. Participants will learn how to identify transferable skills developed in academia, translate them into language commonly used in corporate environments, and communicate their achievements in terms of business impact. Through practical exercises, participants will also explore how to adapt their CVs and professional profiles using industry-oriented terminology to strengthen applications beyond academia.
