Goals of these meetings:
1) Make the point on the installation work recently completed
2) Discuss and take decisions/actions on possible technical issues affecting the installation
3) Review in detail upcoming activities of the next 4 weeks vs planning
4) Discuss and take decisions on the possible organisation/space/transport/coordination
5) Recall the General Planning of the next 4 months
6) Review the status of Safety/VIC etc.
