General news:
Oed panel defined after the last meeting: Bruno Guerard, Pauls Colas, Andy White, Maxim Titov, Leszek Ropelewski, Hugo Natal da Luz (chair). The calls for nominations were sent and the panel already received nominations.
Registrations in the conference amount to 8 people so far.
Invited speakers:
Four speakers already accepted their invitations: Stanislav Pospišil (CTU), Jerry Va'vra (SLAC), Michael Campbell (CERN) and Jochen Kaminsky (TU Bonn).
Eraldo informed Hugo before the meeting that he has already contacted Gregor Kramberger and will contact Rui de Oliveira and Michael Benedikt. Confirmation of availability will come soon.
Neither Laura Baudis nor Jocelyn Monroe are available during the time of the conference. Although they have suggested alternative names, the LOC proposed the IOC that maybe the theme could be shifted from dark matter to X- and gamma-ray polarimetry in space. The theme was considered interesting and Paolo Soffitta was proposed for a general review on the topic. The LOC will contact him regarding that possibility.
Speaker for the open session
In the absence of Amos Breskin in the conference, the open session will be presented by Jerry Va'vra and the discussion panel panel will be composed by S. Pospišil, J. Va'vra, I. Giomataris and can be complemented by other senior scientists present.
Timetable
The poster session was moved to replace one of the plenary sessions and will take place on Tuesday 16:00-18:00. It was suggested that the posters should be available for consultation more than one day. The LOC will arrange to keep them exposed also on Wednesday.
Accommodation pre-reservations
There are rooms pre-booked in two Hotels in the centre of Prague (listed on the website). Hotel U Medviku is kindly asking the LOC that some bookings be made already (directly to their-mail, as instructed on the conference website)

The next meeting will be on Thursday, 19th of March, 2026, at 14:00 CET.
The LOC will send an e-mail as soon as possible with these minutes and confirming the next meeting so that the members of the IOC can include it in their calendars.
