Members present: Eraldo Oliveri, Maxim Titov, Leszek Ropelewski, Theodoros Geralis, Hugo Natal da Luz.
Reports by the LOC:
- Registration and abstract submission are open
- IEAP will provide 1/3 of the Charpak prize, as well as the medals and diplomas.
- Eraldo will distribute the e-mail sent in 2024 by Jianbei regarding a call for candidates to the Oed prize.
- Presented a timetable with 7 slots for invited speakers
- Stanislav Pospišil confirmed for the opening session
- Speakers agreed to be contacted

Prof. Andrea Messina (Sapienza University, Rome) has worked on several experiments in DM research and is now involved in MPGD for DM

- If Jerry Va'vra refuses, Eraldo can talk to Florian for suggestion of someone from the photon detector community.
Hugo will contact the IOC and AOC informing about this list of invited speakers, clearly mentioning that these scientists were not yet contacted and that they will be contacted after both committees agree.
A final version of the poster will be sent to CERN where it will be printed and can be distributed over many institutes visiting the GDD lab.
