Theory overview of tau dipoles at FCC-ee

  • Olcyr: Drell-Yann and increasing effect with energy, then why not LHC with high tails ? Good question, not studied.
  • Olcyr: importance of running (RGE's) effects? Bounced might be dominated by tree level - but easy to add
  • Stephane: what's about the ee->tautau at 125 GeV (trade off between lumi and energy) ?

 

Probing tau g-2 at the FCC-ee

  • M. Vos: spin corr to separate SM/BSM, we do it in top without going to top rest-frame. Is it possible for tau ?
  • Alberto: g-2 / EDM measurement using kinematics of (tau, tau) system, require a careful SM prediction (including HO effects), but depends on the Q2 of the process. Did you study Q2 ranges you analysis probes ?
