The 41st ASCERI Annual Conference for ASCERI Delegates will take place at CERN, Geneva, Switzerland from 23rd to 26th April 2026. You are cordially invited to attend this important event, which is hosted by CERN and organised by the ASCERI President, Rachel Bray and CERN delegate, Andreas Wagner.
Your voice matters and helps shape ASCERI as an association and its associated activities, so please join us at the world's leading particle physics laboratory, located in the beautiful city of Geneva.
The annual conference will open on 23rd April and conclude on 26 April. Up to two delegates from each research institute may take part. The cost per person is as follows:
- 430 euros with single occupancy room accommodation (breakfast included).
This fee includes:
- Hotel accomodation for three nights including breakfast.
- All dinners and lunches
