Calorimetry at 2026 CEPC Workshop
1. We have in total 300' of time allocation; it makes sense to have 10 - 12 talks.
2. On top of talks on PFA and dual-readout calorimeters (3-6 talks?), we could have the following
contributions:
- DRD-Calo status and prospects
- New material developments:
new inorganic scintillators
scintillating glasses
BSO crystal R&D at SIC-CAS for dual-readout
- AGORA proposal:
baseline: crystal em calo + scint.glass-iron had calo
option: scint.glass homogeneous hadron calorimeter
- Perspective for timing for future calorimetry
- Neural network impact on future calorimetry
- Luminometers
Photodetectors for calorimetry: I still have to check what is covered in PID session. I will do it in next few days.
