Regular bi-weekly meeting of the collaboration between WP8, WP12, BE-CEM and handling team for VAX modules remote handling and installation.

WP8:
M1 pre-guidance:
Option 4 will be attached to the mockup M1 support that is in the workshop and tested ASAP.
Provisional date for test is Tuesday – 5.5.2026.. This test will be carried out in B867 with the chimney and M1 support mockup, using either the old M1 proto or the new one, still to be decided.

VAXBOX / M2 & M3 tests:
No news as VAXBOX stuck in MME.

Administrative:
Indico has been setup for these meetings.

TX1S shielding plug:
The design needs to be finalized within the next ~2 months, so stakeholders should agree on final details soon.

WP12:
New M1 could be ready for pre-guidance test.

ACTIONS:

WP8 to start preparing the pre-guiding structure.
Dimensions to be checked with Sergio for clash with robot.
/Potential, Oliver to verify/ - TX1S design to be finalized with stakeholders.
