      From Peter:
      The Asian HEPiX Co-chair search committee has constituted itself (David K, Helge M, Tony W, Peter vdR [chair]), has created a plan for its actions and will reach out to institutions in the Asian HEPiX community. The timeline is that we open the election procedure early in September, with a call for proposal of candidates. These proposed candidates will be contacted and asked if they will stand and if yes, to provide a statement to their candidature. Then these will be distributed among the board members, and a mail-in vote procedure will be started, very much like the past ones. The election ends with the HEPiX Fall meeting, so that the Asian co-chair may be installed at the accompanying board meeting.
