  • dismountling of TRD and HMPID in a dedicated wp as a project. -> ALICE to confirm
  • no need of removing TRD and HMPID racks from CR5 during LS3
  • no RD and HMPID racks in UXC
  • need of TRD and HMPID racks outside CERN? -> ALICE or other usage at CERN for new experiments? 
  • define a planning for TRD and HMPID removal -> ALICE
  • Arturo is the ALICE gas systems contact
  • meeting with 4 TCs will be end-April/beg-May (mainly focus on financial aspects)
  • ALICE M&O contribution stable for 2026 and 2027 confirmed by Arturo. Cost for TRD/HMPID removal will be deducted from the cost of the project.
  • Louis-Philippe to provide a cost estimate for TRD/HMPID removal -> TICKET
  • TOF update meeting March 9th. 
  • define LS3 status for all detectors -> ALICE and Louis-Philippe -> TICKET
  • PMD out. It will not be operated anymore in future
  • CPV and PHOS only in stand-by due to Russia issue
  • Do ALICE have dedicated LS3 planning meeting? Arturo: not yet, probably from May
    • and organize a dedicated meeting for gas systems with ALICE and David Jaillet
  • PSS5 update -> check with David McFarnal and Nicolas Broca -> Louis-Philippe
