Points to keep in mind
- Hole drilling for the supports is foreseen for 27 February.
- The injection region dipole magnet should be installed on the CERN alignment system, as indicated in the e-beamline drawing.

- Feedback to Tobias: the 11-week installation block is acceptable.
- Action (Justin): share the document on the previous installation sequence.
- Action (Marlene): start preparing the next installation sequence.

Diagnostics for the test chamber
Marlene will share the list of diagnostics for the test chamber, including:
- Wire scanner
- Waist screen
- 2 × alignment screens
- Cavity BPM
- Beam Arrival Monitor
- OSR
- EOS
- ICT
