TOAs and ADF

Meeting to discuss ADF and TOAs hot topics

TOAs : 

- solve the "TOAs root files transferred from ARCA shore station have time gaps not present in TOA from DB"
- plan how to duplicate the TOA root file setup to ORCA (given the situation with ARCA, ORCA is now the main provider of TOA disk / DB  space...)
- plan on how to deal with storage (and long term storage) of the TOAs, e.g. push them directly to Rucio from the shore station (similar questioning is valid for the optical raw data, btw)
- (plan how / when we’ll unplug the upload to the DB)

ADF :

- introduce the normalisation factor in production
- clarify deployment procedure for ADF on shore station
- can the audio frames be multiplexed so we could have a dev ADF running in parallel with the production one on the very same input data ? 
- future developments, future developers
