Description
A two-hours course on the HERMES Project Management Methodology to the attention of Project Board Members and Project Managers. This course aims at promoting the HERMES project management methodology to enhance the management of projects within an organizational unit. This seminar is twofold: 50% are dedicated to startegy planning at organizational unit level; 50% to the presentation of the HERMES PM methodology. For the latter, the focus is put on the roles and responsibilities, on decision making processes and on the consolidation of projects into programs. The course is given in French with slides in English.
On April 22nd 2013, a new version of the HERMES methodology was made public. For practical reasons, this course is still given based on the 2009 version of HERMES (a.k.a. HERMES 4).
