Martin J. presented the situation
Enrico Scomparin discussed the reasons for the request, it would allow the collaboration to take a few important points.
Collective discussion between the SPS coordinator and the experiments went on. Conclusion : We go for a changeover Wednesday / Thursday week 35 (26/27 August). This decision is contigent to the beam availability up to that point.
Tentative schedule (TBC also with the injectors) below.
If LHCb cannot be available middle of August, then they are moved end of August, and then changover happens Sunday / Monday 23.08 / 24.08 (TBC with the injectors)
