Wedge insulation was repaired all along, where the the wedge is not damage a less wide tape was used, to minimize the increase of heater dealy
The placing of QH in the coils started. they will aligned it to the ground insulation in the pole, kapton skotch, with the after collaring position. the assumtion is that the excess (6 mm per half coil) will go in between the collaring shoes junction (circle in the picture below)
Target is to collar this week (next week techincians will be on vacations)
