Dear Supervisors,
Would you like to supervise a summer student in summer 2026 and have a project for them to work on? Then we would need you to submit your project proposal following the instructions below.
The corresponding vacancy notice can be found here.
The description of your project proposal should be at least 5 lines and contain the training value for the student.
- Please click on "submit new abstract" (abstract=project)
- A new window will open with a form to fill in with your project proposal
- Important thing to know: you will need to enter 2 official supervisors as "authors"
- Indico requires that the main supervisor of the student (STAFF member where possible) is marked as "Speaker"
- Once all the required fields are filled in correctly, please click on "submit"
