1) Steve's document will be put in CDS by Claire and circulated within the CB and SPC all together. Deadline for comments = Thursday 20
Based on comments Steve will produce a draft 2. The decision to have it signed on behalf of the collaboration will be confirmed. Pedro will contact EPPCN
Circulation of Draft 2 = to the whole forum (jump out exercise). Contribution will be loaded on Friday 28th.
2) Claire and Christine will work together on the creation of a working Group on Open Science [following her request and the integration of a recommandation]
3) Diversity parts of the text that were cut can be grouped and signed by their authors + circulated withing the collaboration following the TAPAS format exercised with Yiota last year. Such documents will be gratly appreciated when chairs are invited to contribute or in the context of the Venice conference.
