Description

We have known since the 1970s that most matter in the Universe is dark. To uncover dark matter’s particle nature, we must turn over every stone. In this talk, we will delve into the potential interactions between dark matter and celestial objects such as stars, planets, and compact objects. Such interactions can change their formation, evolutionary trajectory, and final faith in an observable way. I will highlight various examples and explore the resulting phenomenological opportunities in the coming decade.
