      Round Table 1h

CERN Council started the process for the update of the European strategy for Particle Physics (ESPP), calling for input proposals until March 2025, with a release of the updated strategy planned for June 2026.

Within this context, we would like to invite you to a dedicated discussion in the afternoon of Monday, June 17, with the following intention:

      • Context and timeline for the update of the ESPP and its impact on input to be gathered from the CBWG and our internal timeline(s)
      • information from the last annual PBC meeting serving as baseline for the CBWG input
PBC wants to understand what studies may potentially still be needed as input for any of the experimental proposals
      • very brief (1 slide maximum) presentation from each PBC experiment, in case there is information/simulation requests beyond what has been presented at PBC in March 2024
specific round table discussion regarding the possibilities for the future of Kaon-physics at CERN

Please have at least one representative per experiment/proposal participate in the discussion.
