Presents: CERN: Roberta, Pedro CNR: Lino, Andrea ENG: Paolo F. 4DSoft: Istvan, Andor UoA : Konstantinos INTEGRATION ACTIVITY Build (ENG) : discovered some ETICS properties were misused, now the build works properly also with deploytest configuration integration build run with 100% success ACTION: ENG to remove the "0.4.0 for test" integration from the report page and from the ETICS configurations Deployment testing (CERN): all bugs have been closed 90% components integrated, 8% cancelled, 2% built (portlets) proposed solution for the portlets: since they are not wsrp either they are cancelled and they will not be considered as part of release ALPHA or we need to invest more effort to consolidate them (current version till quite unstable) and perform the deployment tests manually ACTION: CERN to cancel the portlets from the current release and write as motivation, not wsrp compliant TESTING (4DSOFT) Proposed additional organization for Savane tasks to cover the requirements formulated by the testing team ACTION: CERN to update Savane accordingly ACTON: 4DSOFT to use the new "Testing Status" field of Savane Tasks to communicate the status of the testing activity REPORT (ALL): release ALPHA milestone must include a report about the content of this release joint effort of wp1.7 and wp1.8 should be finished in the beginning of next year ACTION: CNR/CERN to propose a template in the next confcall that can be agreed for responsibilities distribution Next meeting: Wednesday December 20 at 10:00 (together with TCom confcall) ACTION: CNR to set up the next confcall
