• Introduction of our new colleague Lars Jensen in the AMM team
• General usage and user experience of the available tools: Infor EAM, EAM Light, Kiosk, SOAP and REST APIs
• Asset and maintenance management plans for the 2021
• Requirements and ideas in relation of the new Data Center in Prevessin

Introduction of our new colleague Lars Jensen in the AMM team

General usage and user experience of the available tools: Infor EAM, EAM Light, Kiosk, SOAP and REST APIs

• Repair service - all spare parts registered and used.
  • Windows Powershell (SOAP) -> REST API using Python tools (Lukasz to help)
  • Stores with bins (kiosk application)
  • Not using work-orders and no intentions to do either
• Data center asset installation tracking (Athony/Jarek)
  • Layout database with racks and PCs (network information from IT/CS?)
  • Question about copying of data from prod to test (and the bad performance of the test instance)

Asset and maintenance management plans for 2021

• Labelling of cables and include them in inforEAM (Max)

Requirements and ideas in relation of the new Data Center in Prevessin

• Tendering process on-going
• Likely plans to put into operation during 2023
• Turn-key-system (IT to maintain computing infrastructure)
• Question about CV and EL support
