Current ATLAS Grid issue with Full Simulation work, causing number of sites to lose work (inc. RAL).

1. Number of running jobs at RAL

2. Some files fail to be downloaded at RAL

   - Data corruption issue affecting ~30 files
   - Many of the files deleted now.

3. ECHO streaming issue

   - Development of xrootd-ceph vector read interface ongoing

4. CTA->RAL transfers failing

   - Bypassed for now with a hot fix of DIRAC for transfers involving ECHO and CTA
   - Waiting for xrootd 5(?)
