Building products with the end-user in mind has low priority when we develop products for internal use.

UX designers struggle a lot to gain momentum and help organizations create more usable products that will make employees more productive and efficient.

Why UX is so important for building internal products?

How might we increase the user-centric mindset in a more organic way and help as many product teams as possible while having insufficient UX specialists?
