SA1 Task Leaders Meeting, Skype, Thursday, 2010-07-08, 14.30. Participants: Cristina, Francesco, Giuseppe, Mathilde Introduction ============ Regular meeting among SA1 task leaders, but other persons are welcome to join, e.g. deputies. Keep it short, no big reports, just discuss issues, possibly based on metrics. Status of Deliverables and Milestones ===================================== The initial deliverables and milestones are late. * DSA1.1 (M1) Discussion on how to organize User Support is still on-going. The PEB has been involved. * DSA1.2 (M3) The TOC has been distributed. It will contain, among other things, how to manage EMI-O, the integration exercise to be completed at M6. * DSA1.3 (M6) It's early to discuss about it, but it would be useful to know the basic approach. * MSA1.1 (M1) Some support units are already in place (gLite and dCache, inherited from EGEE), but there is not yet an EMI policy. There is a dependency on the discussion on how to approach User Support. Once this is understood Mathilde will circulate a proposal to the EMT. * MSA1.2.1 (M6) This is EMI-0, an integration exercise among the different middleware stacks, to check that they are able to build together (same platforms, same dependencies, etc.). Deliverables and Milestones should be reviewed internally before being sent out for review. They are kept in the project wiki. Organizational Issues ===================== * Create a mailing list for the task leaders * Check the membership of the overall SA1 list AOB === * The SA1 contribution to the QR should be sent to the PO by July, 15th. Need to ask ARC and UNICORE about maintenance and support * The SA1 TL meeting is every Thursday, 15 to 16, via Skype. * Meetings to be tracked in wiki End of Meeting: 15.30
