Storages

• StoRM default 5s timeout for data after initial connection seems to be too low GGUS:152907, GGUS:153084
  • when dCache starts to hit movers limit StoRM sites are first that fails
  • also failures in out Functional Tests OIDC with XRootD sites (not clear why BONN+EOSPPS can't start sending data within 5s interval)
    • BONN detailed analysis summarized in the scitoken issue#57
    • occasionally extremely long time - few seconds - to get data from

  • static limit doesn't fit our use-cases (fast copy2scratch vs. often slow / long directio)
