Description
Particle Flow Algorithms (PFAs) will be central to physics analysis at a future Linear Collider. The two most advanced detector designs, ILD and SiD, both use PFAs to achieve the necessary jet energy resolution. The SiD letter-of-intent was validated using a PFA developed primarily by an Iowa-SLAC collaboration. This algorithm is now being completely redesigned and re-optimized for higher collider energies. We will report on the performance of this new and improved
algorithm.
