Report of the last weeks and new working mode for MP3.

After discussion, it was found convenient to change the shift at 19:00 on Wednesdays. The planning in Nuria's public would be modified accordingly to be more clear.

R. Denz informed that work is advancing with EN/ICE related to the interlock in HDS power supplies. The logic is slightly modified to what was discussed last time in MP3:

RB: If one HDS is lost the QPS_ok is lost. No further action is required and no interlock is being added. If two HDS are lost a slow power abort will be initiated. RQF/RQD IPQ IPD or Inner triplet: If one single HDS is lost a slow power abort will be initiated. This is required to be sure that the magnet is still protected even during the slow power abort. If two HDS will be lost in any circuit other than RB, a full magnet or aperture could be unprotected during the sSPA.

A full, comprehensive list of planned/whished activities for next Christmas break will be prepared by the QPS team  and presented to MP3 sometime in September.
