I present a new scenario for the generation of dark and baryonic matter
("hylo" = matter). During low temperature reheating, out-of-equilibrium
decays sequester antibaryon number in a GeV-scale hidden sector, thereby
leaving a baryon excess in the visible sector. The hidden antibaryons are
the dark matter. This model has a unique signature, "induced nucleon
decay," where dark matter inelastic scattering can annihilate nucleons at
rates relevant for existing nucleon decay searches.
