Description
Owen did his PhD in particle physics for Joe Incandela on the CMS experiment.
His thesis was a search for supersymmetry, but he also worked on projects like the LDMX experiment. After finishing his PhD he was a quant at Citadel for two years before leaving recently to start a company.
Right now ChainVault is going through YCombinator which is a really exciting opportunity. Their first product is a "high yield savings account powered by the future of finance". This is a non-custodial wallet which users can deposit funds into to start earning interest through lending in DeFi, without needing to understand anything about DeFi.
