Murthy: Hello German, Here is my status report. Encryption for lemon samples is in progress. The activity is divided into 1. Agent encryption setup based on sensor, class and metric configration 2. Changes to agent TCP code 3. Changes to agent UDP code 4. Integration of encryption module in agent 5. Server encryption setup based on configuration 6. Parsing of encrypted sample stream at server end. The task 1 is completed. The attachment contains the tests done after the code changes. I would like to commit these changes to CVS as they do not effect the currently running agent. This will help me do subsequent commits cleanly. regards murthy ---------------------- Salim: Hi German, Here is my status report:- - Extended Lemon XML Gateway to support metrics_class. Now the query to XML gateway can contain both metrics as well as metrics_class. The default behaviour is to fetch both metrics as well as all metrics belonging to given metrics_class(es), if both are specified in the query. A typical query looks like: http://lemondev01/lrf/xml_gateway?metrics=20002,9001&metrics_class=system.partitionStats&nodes=^lxb05... This is done for both OraMon as well as FlatMon. - Extended Lemon API to support set_metrics_by_class(), add_metrics_by_class(), and remove_metrics_by_class() methods. - Looking on SAX implementation of libxml2. The support for subclusters Reason: as this is not available in the web based API 02. Return value of wassh. Reason: Parallel does not check the return status of the command executed by it. I have modified Wassh-decorate to return correct values depending upon the exit status of ssh command. Presently looking into 'parallel' to provide support for exit status of each command. regards Sharma
