EVO booking to be set up. Notes from last week: 1. Regular NA2 meetings: proposed alternate Tuesdays at 10:00 CET 2. Preparations for EGI Technical Forum - Posters will be made by Diana with review by tech area leaders, NA2, and PEB. - General poster content will consist of: - one area describing the EMI Vision, based on last week's PEB discussions - one area on EMI collaborations (DCIs, User communities, technology partners, ...) - one area with all the partner logos - It would be good if possible to rent a monitor; on it there will be a rotation of posters and other online materials, which can be interrupted for visitors to explore the EMI website as needed - Thus the website will be contain at least the following: - a "virtual goodie bag" in lieu of printed materials - ongoing user survey - a dedicated community area where EGI_TF attendees can get a "special guest account" - other? 3.
