2) Purpose of Calls
The aim is to have an infrastructure area phone meeting once every two weeks and adjust this to be either more or less frequent depending on the requirements. There are two main aims for the meeting. The first is to provide an information exchange between the members of the infrastructure area and the PTB via infrastructure area leader who represents the infrastructure area in the PTB.  The second is a to provide a forum for discussion on issues that are relevant to the infrastructure area.  In order to have short focused meetings, specific discussions that only concern a few members will be scheduled for a specific meeting and general topics will be covered at the start of the meeting giving others the opportunity to leave once these items have been addressed.

3) Deliverable DJRA1.4.1
This deliverable is currently being reviewed by the JRA1 leader and we are awaiting feedback.

4) EMI Technical Roadmap
The infrastructure area needs to produce a technical roadmap for the EMI 1.0 release. All PTs should provide the area leader, by Tuesday 14th September, a provision plan of what they will release for EMI 1.0. This plan should be in aligned with the technical objectives outlined in DNA1.3.1 and DJRA1.4.1.

5) EGI Technical Forum Presentation
Infrastructure Area presentation will be given at the EGI Technical Forum with a focus on instrumenting the infrastructure.  A draft version will be sent to the infrastructure email list for comments.

6) F2F meeting
It is necessary to have a face2face meeting at some point in the near future. It was suggested that this meeting should be hosted at CERN, however, other suggestions are welcome if anyone else would like to host this meeting. The All Hands meeting in November may be too late so it might be a good idea to have this meeting in October.

7) AOB
Discussion on task forces. The current list of task forces in this area along with status can be found on the following page.
