We would like to see where we stand, what is needed, who should help. In addition to the obvious, the topics of
-> hardware installation (wire chambers, large area scintillator)
-> e-logbook and the use of it in this preparation phase
-> communication of info / docs / results (how was this done in previous CALICE runs?)
should be addressed.
A specialised short discussion at the end of the meeting should focus on the issue of the programmable delay.
