Mesures sanitaires appliquées durant Cineglobe
Tout manquement à ces règles entrainera une exclusion immédiate du site du CERN.
L'accès au site du CERN est interdit en cas de
- Contact durant les 17 derniers jours avec une personne testée positive au COVID-19 ou suspectée d'infection par le coronavirus.
- Suspicion ou confirmation d'infection au COVID-19.
- Arrivée ou retour d’un pays ou d’une zone considérée par la Suisse ou la France comme présentant un risque élevé en ce qui concerne le COVID-19. Si pendant 14 jours après le retour aucun symptôme n’est apparu et aucune suspicion d'infection ou infection confirmée COVID-19, les personnes peuvent participer aux acitivtés du festival.
A l'entrée
- Evénement accessible sur inscription avec l'identification complète de la personne effectuant l'enregistrement.
- Maximum 5 personnes par enregistrement.
- Une inscription sur place est possible dans la limite de la capacité d'accueil du site.
- Possession obligatoire d'un masque chirurgical de type 1 dès 12 ans. Un masque sera fourni si nécessaire.
- Les visiteurs sont invités à installer une application de traçage telles que SwissCOVID (CH) ou TousAntiCOVID (FR) sur leur téléphone.
Pendant les ateliers
- Maximum 4 personnes par table.
- Port obligatoire d’un masque chirurgical de type 1 dès 12 ans.
- Désinfection obligatoire des mains à l’entrée et à la sortie du bâtiment pour les enfants de plus de 12 ans.
- Respect d'une distance d'1,5 m entre chaque famille ou groupe d'amis étant arrivés ensemble.
- Respect des instructions données par le personnel.
Dans la zone restauration
- Accès possible dans la limite de la capacité d'accueil de la zone restauration.
- Port d'un masque chirugical de type 1 obligatoire dans la file d'attente du food truck et sous la tente de restauration sauf lors de la consommation assise de nourriture ou de boissons.
- Interdiction de sortir de la nourriture ou des boissons de la zone restauration.
- Tables séparées de 1,5 m, maximum 6 personnes par table.
- Respect de la signalétique (entrée, sortie, sens de circulation, indications du personnel, etc.).
A l'intérieur du Globe (rez-de-chaussée et premier étage)
- Accès possible dans la limite de la capacité d'accueil de la zone.
- Port obligatoire d'un masque chirurgical de type 1 dès 12 ans.
- Désinfection obligatoire des mains à l'entrée et à la sortie du bâtiment pour les plus de 12 ans.
- Respect d'une distance d'1,5 m entre chaque famille ou groupe d'amis étant arrivés ensemble.
- Respect de la signalétique (entrée, sortie, sens de circulation, indications du personnel, etc.).
Après l'événement
- Les personnes ayant participé à l'événement et étant testées positives au COVID-19 dans les 7 jours suivant leur participation sont priées de prendre contact avec visits.service@cern.ch qui transmettra les coordonnées de la personne concernée et de celles présentes dans la même activité au Covid Helpline du CERN (Service médical).
Health measures during Cineglobe
Any breach of these rules will result in immediate exclusion from the CERN site.
Access to the CERN site is prohibited in the event of

During workshops

- Compulsory wearing of a type 1 surgical mask from 12 years old.
- Mandatory hand disinfection when entering and leaving the building for children over 12 years old.
- Respect of a distance of 1.5m between each family or group of friends having arrived together.
- Follow the signs and instructions (entry, exit, direction of movement, staff indications, etc.).
In the catering area
- Access possible within the limit of the capacity of the catering area.
- Wearing a type 1 surgical mask is compulsory in the food truck queue and in the catering tent except when consuming food or drinks while seated.
- It is forbidden to take food or drinks out of the catering area.
- Tables separated by 1.5 m, maximum 6 people per table.
- Follow the signs and instructions (entry, exit, direction of movement, staff indications, etc.).
Inside the Globe (ground floor and first floor)
- Access possible within the limit of the capacity of the area.
- Compulsory wearing of a type 1 surgical mask from 12 years old.
- Mandatory hand disinfection when entering and leaving the building for children over 12 years old.
- Respect of a distance of 1.5 m between each family or group of friends having arrived together.
- Follow the signs and instructions (entry, exit, direction of movement, staff indications, etc.).
After the event
- People who participated in the event and tested positive for COVID-19 within 7 days of their participation are requested to contact visits.service@cern.ch who will provide the contact details of the person concerned and those present in the same activity at CERN's Covid Helpline (Medical Service).
