Positivity for Massive Spinning Particles

This talk will review some of the recent progress in constraining low-energy effective field theories (EFTs) using certain fundamental properties (unitarity/causality/locality) of the underlying high-energy completion. In particular, when going beyond scalar field theories to include massive spinning fields in the EFT, these constraints can be strengthened using simple angular momentum selection rules in the UV.
